PAINT SHOP
Flecto’s paint shop provides durable, high-finish coatings for mechanical and metal parts, from single prototypes to full production runs. We handle complete prep—degreasing, blasting, masking, and priming—then apply precision powder coat or wet-spray systems to your spec, including RAL and custom color matching.
PRESS BRAKE
Flecto’s press brake services deliver precise, repeatable bends for simple brackets through complex, multi-stage forms. Our team works across a range of materials and thicknesses, using modern CNC equipment and tooling to maintain tight tolerances and clean edges.
WIRE BEND
Flecto’s Wire Bend services produce clean, repeatable shaped forms and junctions for brackets, frames, manifolds, and branch components. Using CNC press brakes, precision tooling, and controlled crowning, we hold tight angles and arm symmetry while managing springback across aluminium, mild and stainless steels.
